Can filepro do drill downs like acess?

Well, the "easy drill down" Tony is asking about means that the
databases are left essentially wide open for data mining or other purposes.
That implies that the detail records joined using simple data linking
functions or simple macros, and that they aren't being protected by any kind
of record protection that requires programming, as us programmers usually
think of it, such as with heavy-duty VBA scripts.
Whenever I run into a complex data mining request that can't be
easily be accommodated with a few filePro screens or a short report, one
option is to spin off the header and detail records into a spreadsheet so
that the users can import them into Access or Excel. That way they can
sort, crunch, massage, change or do anything they please with the data,
because it won't be imported back in to filePro.
That's why I spend a fair amount of my programming time writing data
exports.
