Print selection criteria on report?

Wow! Some pretty exotic solutions to printing the selection values on a report
have appeared.

If the field(s) and relationship are constant, how about a basic dash lookup
process with input popups asking for selection data ?

Because the dummies are global, they will print on the output form. I have
several reports that use date range, amount range, a city or all cities, and
single letter to represent things like Custom, Special, Memo, Stock. Report
data is selected based on the input to the dummy fields and the dummy field
values are printed in the report header.
