We can help with that, with Print Wizard.

Here's how it would work:

1. You generate your report from filePro just as you normally would. You
use the Printwiz.prt file to render your printcodes into Print Wizard
Markup Language.

2. You route this to Print Wizard, running on a Winfdows system, by one of
several available means. Print Wizard can now print your output on any
Windows supported printer.

3. You prepare a form image. This can be a bitmap, a PCL file, an EMF, or
a SPL.

4. You tell Print Wizard that you want to combine the print job with an
overlay, that being the form image. If the form image is PCL, you tell PW
that you want it to translate PCL.

Print Wizard can now print your printfile over the form, on any
Windows-supported printer.

5. You tell Print Wizard that you want to generate a PDF, instead of
printing. You can tell it what filename to create.

6. At the point that you want to web-enable this, we have a solution for
that as well.

A key point here is that Print Wizard has built-in PDF generation, and
also PCL translation. This gives you great flexibility. Also, your
existing printcodes should work without modification, if they are based on
standard Laserjet PRT files.

Some of the features described here are not present in the generally
shipping version (2.6) of Print Wizard, but they ARE available from us. A
major new released is just around the corner.
