Box functions with PCL printer do not work

Thanks so much to Ken and Jim for their imput. I think they hit it on the
head.

I will let the group know the results after some experimentation on my part,
in order that others will be able to fix the same problem.

Your printer is set to the wrong extended character set and/or code
page.  How to change this, I can't say.  But, if it's true PCL, I'm
sure Jim Asman can probably give you an init code off the top of his
head.

For example, start wordpad. Then type Alt+196 and you will see the
horizontal line.  Then type Alt+0196 and you will see the dotted-A.

For those with Windows systems:

    Alt+196    - - - - -

    Alt+0196   Ä Ä Ä Ä Ä

They are both represented by character 196, but they are in different
character sets.
