If you can establish an Anzio session, you should be able to do local
printing. You shouldn't even need to have a static IP address.

If you use AnzioWin and an SSH connection, you may want to investigate
"backchannel printing", as explained in our howto.txt document. This is an
alternative to passthrough print, that takes advantage of SSH's inherent
multi-session capability.
