(OT) application/ms-tnef and winmail.dat in messages

I've just added filters to trap messages containing application/ms-tnef
and/or winmail.dat attachments in e-mail messages being posted to the
FilePro list.  I've had a steady stream of bounce messages resulting from
Gary Olman's ``Need Work'' post where other list member's mailers have
rejected the message based on the content.

Messages containing these attachments will be held for approval, but will
probably be dropped on the floor.
