filePro out to an existing Excel file

Thanks John. You very succinctly describe my problem. My .xls
file already exists as it has been sent to us as an e-mail attachment with
much of the pertinent information regarding the requested quote already in
the .xls file. Request for quote #, part name, part number, part
description, due date, what kind of steel, mold size, required components,
etc. It gets transferred to C:\quotes and sits there waiting for someone
to enter approx. 30 cells worth of answers (estimated costs) and then
e-mail it back to the customer. My filePro program calculates all the
estimated costs for the quote and produces a filePro "quote" output.
If as John says I knew how to "make an export put the filePro
fields go into the right cells on....." my already existing .xls file, I
think I'd be in business!!
