Now are you absolutely sure there is not a version of dclerk on your
computer that's earlier? I say that because I would expect that behavior
from 4.5 windows filepro when you feed it long dummy names, and since
the tok files really doesn't use the long dummy name, it goes on like it
should in rclerk.
Why haven't you downloaded 5.0.13 yet?
Unless you're running 5.0.13 you're not likely to, nor would I expect
you to get any help from anybody at fpTech.
