I had a problem with the sessions not being terminated and orphan
processes left running by idleout in SCO Unix, which I traced to the
user's .profile having had "trap ' 1 2 3" added by someone probably with
the idea of preventing the user from using delete to exit to the shell
instead of exiting and closing the session. If the user used the 'X' the
session closed ok. Once I commented out the trap command the sessions
started closing properly with idleout.
