Printing a PDF from filePro

A PDF file cannot be consumed by a postscript printer, or any that I 
have seen. A .ps or .eps can be fed directly to a postscript printer. 
Your printer destination "printername" must be converting the PDF to ps 
(I am guessing some iteration of ghostscript) automagically. Kprinter 
does it automagically if you have it installed.

As Mark stated, its a understanding of what is going on. Your un-named 
printer interface script is helping perhaps too much.
