you are exactly right -- I figured that out today - the format was set for manual feed.

  This may be with your label definition in WordPerfect.  check out the definition for the label format and make sure it isn't set to manual feed.  If it is, edit the definition so it isn't asking for a response.

  Sorry I don't have any of my old manuals which explain exactly how to do this.

    now that I got wordperfect to print for everyone, we are having one problem with the okidata printer.  Whenever I send a job, it tells me I have to got to Printer Control and hit "go" as it is coming from the manual tray.  We have labels in the printer, nothing in manual.

    I've gone through all the options I can find and I don't see where I can say it is not manual.
