That takes care of #1.  As for #2, if it's pure text/html, you'll just see
the attachment notice and you can hit 'v' and run it through lynx.  I
don't believe there's an easy way to make it determine that condition and
act dependantly, but that ceased being an issue for me when I started
sending all text/html only mail to /dev/null.  :)  If it isn't at -least-
multipart/alternative, I don't really care if I lose it.
