Well, progress, progress.
I've proven that SCO *does* let you chown files to someone else, and
that SuSE, and apparently also RH7.3, do not. But that would suggest
that I couldn't make Menu* work on Linux at all, and I do in fact have
them working there.
Perhaps LINUX-ABI and IBCS handle the issue differently?
