Certainly they should be allowed to go to hell in their own way.

Whether they should be allowed to connect their fundamentally insecure
computers to *MY* Internet is another matter entirely.  :-)

(My machine runs Linux, as does every customer machine I'm responsible
for that's directly connected to the Internet -- including a dozen or
more SnapGear routers that hide ... what's the collective noun for
Windows boxes?  Insanity? ... insanities of Windows boxes.)
