The latest version of my "ck.table" Perl program now warns
if "NOT" is used as a label.

And it reports the Condition lines:

    If: NOT
    If: NOT ' junk
or:
    If: NOT not
    If: NOT not ' junk

as errors, whether or not "NOT" was used as a Label.
