As the documentation states:

CALL NOAUTO ignores the dummy fields defined in automatic processing.
This allows you to re-use field labels as defined in the CALLed
processing table.

It does not indicate it would not run the processing.  It just says it
wil not use the dummy fields defined in the processing.

I interprete it that way.  I don't see anything about ignoring the
processing just the dummy variables defined there.

Does that match with the results you are experiencing?
