Is it just me, or did Kenneth Brody say:

In a nutshell?  Yes, IMHO.  Not that I'm any more qualified than the next
person to make that distinction.  Possibly less so.  It's my viewpoint, but
isn't necessarily techically correct.  I think this would probably be
subjective even if you took it straight to K&R or any of the other bigwigs.
