The engineer in me get *very* queasy when I see the word "accurate"
tossed about. I'd *MUCH* rather see terms like precision. I can
understand precision. Precision is good. It's okay to wrong, but always
be wrong the same amount... That I can deal with.
I have precise computers. I don't want accurate computers.
I don't want anything accurate. Accurate is useless.
98% accurate also means that there is a statisically significant number
of times it will read positive vs. negative.
When I test something I want it to fail or succeed everytime the same.
