The *best* person to ask would be Sue at sales at fptech.net, but from my
hazy memory it was a percentage (33% ?) for a platform change.
If you want *free* advice, since you are used to the stablity of SCO,
you may want to look at freeBSD as well. It'll feel much more like SCO
than any Linux distribution.
Be aware that any free OS has it's pitfalls (as in free beer), but
FreeBSD should be good for a very long time, and while JE believes that
Baystar won't get control of SCOX and kill off the software side of the
business, there also is the chance that it could happen.
