Not for nothing, but check what Dell gives you before putting it away.  About 
a month ago, I was at a friends house, and of course they bugged me to look 
at some computer problem.  Windows, for a change, had gotten corrupted and 
needed some stuff from install cabs.  I don't know why cabs weren't on
system as they do sometimes, so i needed the restore & os cd's - i was 
quite surprised to find the cd's formatted, but pretty much blank & void
of files it was to have contained.  Had this been the first time I'd seen
this I'd say just bad luck, but it had happened to one of my techs a few
months before as well.
