Not a great user of Word Processing software, but Scripsit
was the best one I ever used.

  Note to John Esak:  Update it and publish it again!

When I got Windows Me several years ago (on an eMachines box
bundled with a monitor and a Lexmark printer for less than
$390) it had the Star Office suite of programs on it.  

Later I went to an M$ roadshow and won three door prizes, one
of which was M$ Office (which I never use).

Three cheers for Scripsit ! ! !
