Sure. The problem is that it should ideally come from USER, and not only
is that more overhead than I want, I also don't know if they ever got
around to implementing it on native win32 fP.
There are just some methodologies and idioms I take for granted that aren't
immediately available without inciting some extra overhead and potential
portability issues.
But I believe I can work around it without externals.
