Fine.
But the *point* here is that it's not filePro's place to make it
impossible for a programmer to cope with the vagaries of outside
sources not under said programmers control -- *certainly* not without
documenting it.
I can even tolerate it working interactively, when a user selects Index
Selection -- yes, I can see the usefulness of it in that context.
But if my code looks up "123a" and gets back "123A"? And I don't know
it's coming? Let's just say I'll feel justified in being a little hot.
