That doesn't appear to be a problem for the sites I've dealt with.  They're
already doing multiple licenses, one license per server.  The issue is
getting better data synchronisation, really.  But this would extend the
licenses more than the query brokering methodology.

Everyone says runtimes are cheap anyway.  Combined with OneGate, which can
extend them even further with its pre-application lock retry mechanism, you
can -really- extend them.  The latter being in a web-enabled context.
Elsewise you don't have to contend with that, but you obviously have need
for a license anyway on a separate server in any context.
