Since you are not executing any of the lookups, you don't need to include
any lookup files.
Take the map, key (which can consist solely of record 24 if you wish),
automatic index definitions, and the three remaining processing tables
(bugauto, bugchoose, and bugform) and zip them up and arrange to send
them to fpsupport. It would help if you also included the maps to the
13 lookup files, just so that *cabe won't complain to fpsupport about
the missing maps. Also, for good measure, the local and global edits,
just in case.
However, if they cannot duplicate the problem, the odds are that they
are going to ask you to verify that rreport 5.0.13 still fails on your
system. If it doesn't, the answer will be "install 5.0.13". If it
does, then there's something still missing from what was sent, perhaps
something environmental.
