fp bat file

Confusion...

I just copies my copy of filePro (version network 5.0.7) to my new laptop 
running WinXP.

When I click on the fp.bat (either directly or through an icon) it looks 
like it's going to load then returns to windows.

Any hints what is wrong? I tried puming up the env. memory but this is a 
very simple bat file (see below).

set PFDATA=c:
set PFIXS=ON
set PFVER=ON
set PFPTO=99
