I don't know about the Excel format, but I'm sure it would be much easier to
just export to a csv file - excel can read those automaticaly.  If that is
not good enough you should be able to create a macro in excel that will read
the csv (or other formatted file that filepro can create easily) into an
existing spreadsheet.
