Move to Mailman

I just moved the FilePro list from majordomo to Mailman.  You should have
received a subscription notification as part of my loading the existing
addresses into Mailman.

The old addresses should still work, and the list is also accessible as
filepro-list at lists.celestial.com (which has the lower level spam filtering
which are on the seaslug.org address).
