fpsupport@fptech.com address broken?

Hoping this gets to the right person.  I'm no longer able
to send email to fpsupport at fptech.com.  All mail is rejected
by the MTA at 157.134.167.149 with the message:

   550 relaying to <fpsupport at fptech.com> prohibited by administrator

I'm no SMTP guru, but I don't think the problem is at my end.
