I don't know anything about printwiz, but the HP command to print 66 lines
on letter size paper id ``l66F'' (termcap coding where ``'' is ESC).  I use
this in my printer initialization strings for most HP compatible laser
printers to allow print jobs that work on dot matrix printers to print on
laserjets without modification (they are limited to 60 printable lines by
default).
