If by "consensed print" you mean "16.7/17.1 pitch", I have the following
entries in my epsonfx/epsonmx tables:

epsonfx:

   11      .   $12 $1b P                .   Set 10 pitch
   12      .   $12 $1b M                .   Set 12 pitch
   13      .   $1b0f                    .   Set 16.7/17.1 pitch

epsonmx:

   11      .   $12                      .   Set 10 pitch
   12      .                            .   Set 12 pitch
   13      .   $0f                      .   Set 16.7/17.1 pitch
