Menu: Create script file

I am on 4.8.14D4.

We have used the following script successfully for some time successfully:

/fp/rreport kingstrans -f submit -s -u -h "Print Clerk's Report"     
/fp/rreport kingstrans -f remove -s remove -u -h "Delete Old Records"

The problem that arose is that the user was not put in the selection screen to run the first report.

I had to change the script and add "/appl":

/appl/fp/rreport kingstrans -f submit -s -u -h "Print Clerk's Report"     
/appl/fp/rreport kingstrans -f remove -s remove -u -h "Delete Old Records"

The problem was then solved.

I should not have had to modify the script. Does anybody know if this will be a persistent problem wherein I should be proactive and change the other existing scripts in other menus?
