SSL File Transfer

I have a SCO OSR 5.0.5 server running FP 4.5.

I am writing a file that needs to get uploaded to a secure server. The
instructions point to an HTTPS server, but I don't find a good way to
connect to that server and upload a file.

My other options are connecting via Secure FTP or SSH.

Does anybody have any suggestions for transferring this file? What
programs do I need to install on my server?
