Well, you can't have everything.  :-)

However, I just saw a USB memory stick MP3 player add-on.  (I've seen
USB MP3 players before, but this one is something that replaces the cap
on the memory stick with the player.)  At this point, the biggest part
of these things are the status display and the earphone jack.
