nvidia & windows filepro problems-all other software works fine

Tony,
Fire up a DOS shell window and see if it exhibits the same behaviour. My
gut reaction is that it's an issue with fP running in a DOS console mode,
since all the other references you make are to emulators and other truly
windowed applications.
Make sure that you have either both the DOS shell and fP windowed or
alt-enter fullscreened so that you're comparing apples to apples.
