Only if you have "rclerk" on the menu command line, rather than
the normal "/fp/rclerk", which will execute from $PFPROG/fp/rclerk.

Where were the other programs? It's not that uncommon to have
multiple versions of filePro in different directories, and to
switch between them using PFPROG. However, having multiple
versions, and have all of them on PATH, is probably rare.
