fpOBDC + WinXP(SP2) = A-OK

Installed XP Service Pack 2 yesterday. fpODBC (as it should) seems to
not be affected adversely.

Computer is noticiably faster. fpODBC is always fast, so it was hard to
really tell, but it seems as well to work better.

AFAIK YMMV IANAL

I had to reset my native email back to Netscape from Outlook Express is
the only gotcha that I have seen. And "BROWSTAT.EXE" doesn't seem to
display networking version numbers. It also seems to take a long time to
check the digital signature on the file. Perhaps that it's so huge is
why it takes so long (5-10 minutes).
