On any OS, simply using OS commands to copy a menu works
fine. On OS's that care, you also have to change the
ownership of the copy to be the user "filepro".
I've written a Perl program that renames a menu and edits
the Action Command Lines that call scripts/batch files, so
they have the new name. One could edit it so that it didn't
remove the original menu and script/batch files.
