Not on 5.7.  My UID is 6151.  Of course damn near nothing about this system
is stock anymore.  I know the headers are, but as far as administration
goes?  They're not even running most of the stock Sun daemons.  :)  There
are precisely -two- SUID-root programs left--traceroute and ping.  The
majority of the cluster is mounted nosuid anyway.  They're tight around
here in general.  I know their user addition is entirely custom, so even if
nothing changed between 5.7 and 8 or 9, low UID's aren't a reflection of
anything about the OS itself on this particular set of servers.

And if someone put in a 'www' or 'nobody' or some other role account with
65535 like I've seen elsewhere...  Well, we know what would happen then.  :)
