In the relative spacial/temporal region of

Not all USER calls (or SYSTEM, for that matter) are to custom-written
programs that are guaranteed to loop. Often you know exactly what input
will be coming in once you put your ouput out to the program (if any), and
you just want to be done with it, not loop.

> see, simply remove the "close cgc" from your subroutine.
I personally feel the point is broader than the specific example involved.
