hearing, which was to have decided the title on the ballot, decided instead to
recuse himself because he is a member of the Audubon Society.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>This is the kind of shenanigans we will
most likely see from the opposition right up to the election. As soon as
petitions are in our hands later this month, the various team captains for each
legislative district will notify volunteers to get them distributed so that we
